Franchisee

SRC-Vertical builds a franchising net - the companies fabricating parts and the whole Wind Turbines. The net is growing constantly by inceasing of the number of new fabricators and sellers of the product under the "Vertical" trade mark.

To join the franchising net the potential franchisee applies to SRC-Vertical for qualification. The application should be made as the proposal in writing or in the form of Joint Work Agreement.

Joint Work Agreement (RUS).

After the positive decision of SRC-Vertical expert commission the potential franchisee gets the Agreement on Joint Works. After that the potential franchisee makes at his expenses scientific reasearch works and prototyping directed on the improvement or cost reduction of the parts and the whole Wind Turbines. If the result is positive, then potential franchisee gets the Franchising Agreement.

The potential franchisee may get the Fanchising Agreement without scientific research works, on conditions to be agreed with SRC-Vertical.
