The system can be supplied from Wind Turbine, Solar panels without extra equipment. The advice of technician is required.
The coefficient of covering the ceiling surface should be determined depending on the climatic zone and temperature of the coldest 5-day period of time in specific region:

Average winter temperature during the coldest 5-days period of time, 0C

-50 -45 -40 -35 -25 -15 above -15
Coefficient of covering
1.00 0.90 0.80 0.65 0.60 0.55 0.50

Find the specific region and get the covering of the ceiling area.
The example of the calculation for 80 m2 building is as follows:
For instance the temperature of the coldest 5-days period of time (the 5 coldest running days a year) according to the weather forecaster data, is -350C. Then the coefficient of ceiling surface covering is 0.65. It is necessary to cover 65% of ceiling surface by Electric Film Heater.
Total area of EFH is: 80 m2 x 0.65 = 52 m2
Installed (peak) power is: 52 m2 х 200 Watts = 10400 Watts (200 W is maximum calculated starting power on one square meter of the EFH).

In case when there is not enough power to supply the regular starting peak consumption of heating system and other appliances, the relay of priority switching should be installed for temporary switching off the part of heating contours when the loading exceeds the available power. Since each of the heating zones operates not more than 10 minutes per hour, there is no need to switch on all zones simultaneously. Thus the power supply of the installed EFH can be reduced 4 times without any problem, using logical relays or controllers.
When the power supply is limited, then the time of getting to the normal operation (15 Watt per 1 m2 consumption) is more.
